To keep good health one has to eat a balanced diet, drink clean water, take fresh air, rest properly and take physical exercise regularly. For the blessing of good health we has to observe the rules of health and sanitation. For the retention of mental health one has to control one's emotions and one has to have patience and respect for other people's feelings. One has to be prepared to face reality dispassionately and behave socially.
